A dedicated coach will provide guidance, feedback and encouragement as you work through the program.
Personalized feedback – you choose what content and activities you share with your coach but the more you share the better able they will be to provide personalized and helpful feedback.
If you need to ask a question - SilverCloud facilitates the secure exchange of messages between you and your coach.
Apply for a coach by selecting the button below. You can start your program straight away – a coach will be automatically assigned to you once you have completed the signup process.
